hey guys got a new truck this week its a charcoal grey 79 k10 silvarado with a 400 small block, turbo 400 trans, FACTORY TACH, towing package, a/c, power steering, power windows, sliding rear window, and cruze control for 700 bucks. the cab is super solid but the bed is perty rusty. i plan on restoring it and putting it back 90% orignal mabey like a 2 inch lift i havent decided yet. yall think i got a deal? ill post some pics soon.

yea the 400 sounds like a beast with the air cleaner flipped over, i love this truck its gonna make an awsome project truck

na it's sealed
some people (like me)think it sounds better ,lol somestimes it seems to run better/mileage
but i do flip it up right for winter

400 SBC with factory tach? That's a keeper. I'd restore it to bone stock, including the plaid seat cover! I love it.

i wish i could find stock seat covers the wones i have now are blankets frome doller general zip tied to the seat frame, thats what i plan to do is leave it stock but build the engine and trans and put some hd drive shafts and rear springs in it
