ebay score
Went to the Moultrie swap meet in November. Found an original radio for $15 and a custom/30 fender emblem for $5. Last week I was checking ebay for another fender emblem and found these instead. They are what I was originally looking for. I won the auction and they arrived yesterday. They are in good condition and arrived with all the backside mounting studs and clips. There is some pitting and of course the paint is faded on the bow tie. Any ideas on bringing them back to original condition?

Re: ebay score
Clean them up with some 000 steel wool, then mask and paint the bowtie Ford engine red. Sounds dumb to use a Ford color, but it's very close to original.
