where does the hole go?
I am finishing up a new dash cluster with a speedminder, tach, air pressure and 80lb oil gauge and I have a manual throttle control cable to install but I need a picture of the firewall where the cable goes through and what size hole it is if possible. My truck is a 69 so the cable goes on the floor mounted pedal type set up and is installed below the windshield washer control switch.

Re: where does the hole go?
The factory manual throttle on my '71 attaches to an extra 'arm' on the gas pedal linkage inside the cab. No hole in the firewall. Oh wait... you mean the hole for the cable to the carb from the gas pedal linkage? Isn't that the same on every truck - regardless of manual throttle or not?

Re: where does the hole go?
Thanks! 71 and 72 trucks have cable accelerator pedals and 67 to 70 had solid rod type accelerator pedals. It's the location of the hole in the firewall I'm after just like the manual choke cables.
