Fuel Tanks
I am going to install a 31 gallon suburban tank under the rear of my GMC. Summit racing lists a Goodmark and a Dorman fuel tank. Both are made in Taiwan.
Is there a place to get a tank made in the USA? If not, which of the two brands are better quality? Or is there another better brand? |

Re: Fuel Tanks
Search on Spectra. Made in Canada and as close as you can get. I got one for my 68 GMC (inside cab) and well pleased with quality and fit.
Here's one: http://www.carpartswholesale.com/v5/...Listing+Page:2 Forgot to mention. They're not afraid to put phone numbers, address and names on the net so one can email or contact the manager or other departments. http://www.ic.gc.ca/app/ccc/srch/nvg...=1661&app=sold Last edited by 68gmsee; 12-21-2011 at 04:46 PM. |

That's probably what I'll get.
