Thumbs up Re: 3/4 ton pics???

Sold to me as a "parts truck" for $50 bucks! Bought it without even seeing it. It's a Cheyenne/20 but all the trim was gone.

A quick inspection after purchase told me I wanted to fix it. Can't stand to see a good vehicle parted out/killed!!!! This one truly was saved from the junkyard. The guy had to get it off the street so if I didn't buy it, that's where it was headed.

So here it is before and current. When I got it, it looked like it was rode hard and put away wet but I got it looking decent now after replacing almost everything on it. Still waiting on some new paint but mechanically it's done. I drive it almost everyday and it's a true friend.

Re: 3/4 ton pics???

Here is my $800 3/4 ton....Rebuilt engine and everything works....couldn't pass it up. Drive it a few days every week. Yes I fixed the exhaust so the duals don't point to the ground.

Evolution? Sure technology always improves, but, facial expressions never changes. Most modern vehicles are designed to express mean looking frown on the front end versus a rounded smiling happy front end design. Head light shapes are similar to eye brows. Maybe today styling is the mood of the country.
