Anyone have problems with replacement OEM heater box holes lining up?

Hey all. if youre on the passenger side looking at the bottom left, this is the hole im talking about. The bolt there runs thru the fire wall to the engine side and *should(?) bolt to the engine side heater box.... unfortunately my hole on my engine side in the plastic is about an inch too low and a half inch or so to the right..... just wonderin if anyone else has had this problem... thanks!
