anyone know anything about truck pulls. like building a pulling truck. rules regulations. classifications. tips on how to set up the truck. etc.

I'm not sure,but I'd check for rules on www.ntpapull.com . Scroll over "Tech" at the top and you will see "Rules" to click on.
