Re: Dump Truck Picture Thread

I guess there's not the love for dump trucks like there is for wreckers and haulers. That's alright,I like what I like and I've wanted one for years. Maybe it has to do with being in the,now nearly extinct, building industry. Contractor body dumps just look so cool. Like all dual wheel C/30 configurations, they are mini big trucks. Little runabouts of the dump truck world.

Re: Dump Truck Picture Thread

Nothing special, but here is a pic before I applied a coat of primer to the beast. Hydraulics have a leak, so I had to prop the dump bed to keep it in position.

Hey,everybody wants that pretty ones. I say I'd take any one of them and make it a pretty one. I like that green '67 GMC!

Where's Old Iron? This thread is any tilt bed,not just dump bodies (wish I could have edited the title)

Re: Dump Truck Picture Thread

Everyone has seen this one but I guess since we have moved on to medium duty I will post it again. "GODZILLA" was used regularly and drove like a dream! He would haul and dump anything that would fit in the bed. After having him for 10 years I just sold him.

Cool looking truck and a year-round money maker to boot. A true GM horse (as long as it is a 4-Speed)!!

Picture that truck with a load of sand and 6 Snow Chains!!
