I think it is for van only but works fine on the trucks.

With minor modification it fits perfectly. This is the best alternative to replacing your original with a new GM one. If you shop around you can get them pretty cheap.

Ya..the van grill works just fine..

I bought the 85 and up style grille from a Pick n Pull for $30 off of a 1990 Chevy Panel van...(was never fond of the 84 C. Deluxe Grill)

It'll fit right up... some of the mounting tabs on the top of the rad. support won't line up..alls you gotta do is drill a tiny pilot hole.. and use the same mounting screws, noo problemo.

With ebay they can charge whatever they want for shipping and ebay can't get a cut from it.Ebay will drop a auction if the shipping is higher then what you want for it tho.

I sell a few things, and buy a few things off Ebay. I will not buy from someone who is trying to make money on shipping. I do my homework on shipping and always try to charge as close to the actual cost as possible. If you do that it will nearly always average out. That grille boxed couldn't way more than 6 or 8 lbs. 10 tops, it can be shipped for around $15. $49.99 is just ridiculous. JMO

Re: nos (van) grill will work in truck ebay

I did not pay any attention to shipping charges since I was not interested in buying one. I guess it is still good info to know one could use a van grill if they need to.

Re: nos (van) grill will work in truck ebay

I think ebay has now started to take a cut on the shipping cost too which is bogus for the honest people but it keeps them from losing money. There's lots of people running ebay "businesses" selling a 50 dollar item for 2 bucks and charging 60 dollars to ship to avoid giving ebay there 30 percent cut or whatever rediculous amount its up to now.

Re: nos (van) grill will work in truck ebay

About ten years ago I changed my two headlight 3/4 ton truck into a 4 headlight setup, and ordered all new factory GM parts. When I was opening the grill i noticed it said van on the box, and it had been shipped from Texas. But everything lined up and went together very easy. I just figured that they were interchangeable, which made sense to me. I wish motor companies would go back to those days of one part fits multiple models.

I would not hesitate to buy the van grill for my pickup.
