For you frame layers out there.
I roughed in my fender trimming on my truck this weekend. Trying to see how you guys finished your front fenders out after you trimmed them to clear the front wheels.

I've never done one,but I have trimmed out for industrial applications.My favorite trick for them is to use a piece of small diameter tubing that is split then formed to the shape I've trimmed.Most Ind.apps only require a few tack welds to hold but you probably need to weld the whole thing to keep water out.Make sure to use short tacks and move around to prevent warping.Keep in mind that there are probably several "right ways" to do this and someone may have a better plan.

i just rolled 1/4" bar stock to match my cut radius.i also added in a small bar to stiffen the area behind the hinge.
