Went drag racing today!!!!
Went up to New England Dragway today to do some racing. They only timed the 1/8 mile all day cus there was something not right with the rest of the track so no 1/4 mile times unfortunatly. I had never been racing and I have never had so much fun in my entire life. My best run of the day was 10.797 @ 62.92mph which I was happy with considering I weighed in on the scale at 4964lbs. My 60' time was 2.319s. I was also happy becuse I consistantly beat a 2003 Chevy Silverado which i thought was cool. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks

You beat a new Silverado? Wow! That's awesome, those things are quick. 4.10 gears must help alot...this summer I wanna try out the track here, its only 1/8 mile.
Those are some good times ya got there tho...

Wish it was me! I haven't been on the dragstrip for years. I'm sure my '80 k-20/500 cad, TH400 switch-pitch & 4.10's would do decent but I won't try it untill I put in a posi. I'm sure if I nailed the gas off the line now all I would do is put on a
