4 inch pic's of installed lowering blocks please
I am totolly clueless as to what i am doing with this one. I bought a set of 4 inch lowering blocks from a friend and ofcoarse there are no directions. If anyone has a few angled pic's of some installed would you please share them with me. I also picked up a set of Belltech 3 inch drop sprindles for the front. Will i need any thing else for the front or rear other than and spindles the drop blocks??? Thans for any and all help

'Drop blocks' for 6x-72 truck arm set-ups shouldn't exceed certain limits due to scrub-line issues (they become unsafe in the event of a tire failure). 15" wheels should be 1.5" max; 17" wheels 2" max; up to 20" wheels could do 3" blocks. 6x-87 C10 leaf spring applications wouldn't be able to use a drop-block until the rear end is first flipped. Once that's done, the axle flip w/the drop block will start getting into the same scrub line safety issue as the truck arm set-ups & should be limited to about 2".

[QUOTE=bbobb;5153971]69 c10. with factory springs. It looks like i wasted my money on the blocks . I am running 15x10 0n the back and 15x8 on the front(Torque Thrust). Will i be ok if i install 5 inch drop springs on the rear???

3 or 4" springs w/a lowering block would be better because a lowering block would not impact the shock travel vs all the drop from just the spring (the shorter the spring, the less shock travel there is w/stock mounts).

I want your truck. It's exactly what I'm looking for to use for my next faux speed shop lettered and pinstriped cruiser. Looks good.
