Re: Any Local 47-55 Guys from southern california?
I'm from Inglewood, CA. I don't have a Advanced Design truck (47-55) I have a 58 with a 55 front clip. There are a couple of us So Cal people on this site and the area I live is full of classic trucks. I'm starting to think there is a law that states if you live in the Inglewood area you have to have a classic truck.

You mean you didn't know?
I'm with Kab in that I have a Task Force too. I'm up in Pasadena and I do not have his fab chops at all....but I have tenacity, unwarranted confidence and the hope of calling HIM to do some stuff for me if I ever put together a few extra bucks!! Re: Any Local 47-55 Guys from southern california?
Thanks Bam. It looks a little better than that now as I later took out everything I could, sanded and repainted the engine compartment with a satin black, replaced grommets, etc. Its no frame off restoration (I wish it were) but at least it'll be a clean driver until I can afford the time and space to strip it down to nothing.

Re: Any Local 47-55 Guys from southern california?
I live in Moorpark, Ca. I have had my truck since the late 80's I'm just getting it done now. In fact Rob at No Limit built my rear clip for me just after he moved out of his "chicken coop" shop in Riverside. It was made to slide inside my existing frame. It fit perfect and works great. He is a great guy and I'm glad he turned out to be so successful.
