It's finally home!

I've been putting up pictures and text about my truck in the 4x4 section. I just wanted to put these here, as I've waited 3 years for it to happen.
Regardless of 2 wheel or 4 wheel drive, we've all had to deal with the body shop.
I'll continue to post on my build thread.

Now, we'll start removing years of bodyshop grunge and begin putting on all the parts and goodies I've collected over the years.

It's back where it belongs. It looks to be a super nice truck when finished. I wish mine was this far along.

Good looking truck! Is it a real super? It's gotta feel great to see it in your garage again!

Thanks, man. It was born a Custom/20. I'm putting it together as a 'tribute' truck. Nothing better than working at my pace in my garage.

Berne, huh? We pass through there on our many trips to Ohio. Nice town. Cool new clock tower. Watch the road apples!

Thanks for the props. It's C6 Corvette Velocity Yellow. I liked it better than the Millenium Yellow on the C5's. It appears green like a highlighter. The Millenium looked orange to me.
The yellow I really liked was a custom PPG color, Lemon Drop Yellow, I think. It had pop. My painter told me custom colors equal more dollars, though. Factory was cheaper.

Looks great! I've been waiting 3 years to get mine to the body shop. It'll be going in April. Hope it turns out as nice as yours did.

Yeah, not a belt buckle, but the rivets on the pockets of my 501 Levis have done a number on the grill where it meets the fender in the past...Shoulda not parked so far forward in the garage that day!
