Winnipeg Truck Club Meeting - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Alright everyone and anyone who is interested in a Winnipeg based truck club, we are going to hold a meeting to discuss the future of this local club. For those of you that have been following the progress, we've acquired a forum on the www.pegcitycruzin.ca site. We were also hoping that more local members would have visited the site and that even more will be present at the meeting this Sunday. We've decided that the location of the meeting will be Assiniboine Park in the north loop by the duck pond, at around 7:30pm, Sunday the 4th of May.

I HOPE TO SEE AND MEET MORE MEMBERS!!!

I don't want to be a thorn in the side, but why Assiniboine Park? There has been bad press about vehicles gathering in parks since the cruising kids took over Kildonan Park.

How about a nice empty parking lot somewhere like the lot next to Pony Corral in Fort Richmond? The Sunday Night gatherings will be up and running on there again shortly anyway so it shouldn't offend anyone if a few trucks showed up.

Well we are desperate for members so I guess you can :P

I was at Assiniboine Park last weekend and it was pretty much dead, then I went to KP and it was packed. Maybe we could discuss a gathering place when we meet.

This Friday I will PM all members that might not know about the plans on Sunday.
