These are the 3/8" metal caps that go in the holes in the 205 transfer case and possibly others. New old stock. $2 each shipped or 4 for $6 shipped

Theyre plugs to the holes that allow access to the shifter fork roll pins and access to the shifter interlock rods. Here's one of the old ones in place:
