Difference between K20 and K30?

I'm just curious here, what would be the difference between my '73 K20 and a K30? My K20 is a camper special with the big 14 bolt rear end. What else does a SRW one ton have that my truck doesn't?

You can set my truck on fire and roll it down a hill,
and I still wouldn't trade it for a Coupe de Ville.

K/30s came with clearance lamps on cab and tailgate.
