Differences in GMC & Chevy 55-57 Front Clip

Does anyone know what the differences between 55-57 GMC & Chevy front clips are? Fenders? Radiator Supports? Hoods? ECT?? Are some parts interchangeable?

I believe 5 and 6 swap, but the 7 needs fenders to add the hood and grill to earlier.

The hoods are interchangeable but the GMC hood has the big hole in it. The fenders on a 55 and 56 chevy and GMC are the same, but you have to drill the two holes in them for the mounting bolts that hold the mustache on. 57 fenders are the same way but they are 57 specific. Because the grill changed the fender where the grill mounts had to change. The core supports are completely different. GMC even had a different core for 6 and 8 cylinder. The inner fenders are the same. You can actually convert a GMC to a chevy core (like I did) because all the bolt holes are the same. The grills are completely different. You can convert to a chevy grill as well but you have to have ALL the pieces which is to say the upper grill bar, the grill and shell, and the lower splash pan. The hood latches are the same, but the hood latch mounting panel is different. Mine is a hybrid. I kept the GMC hood and mustache but went to a chevy core and grill with billet inserts added in.
