Interior color help

I picked up a set of a/c vent housings that I thought were close to the right color, but now I'm not so sure. They seem to match the dash pad fairly well, but I'm not exactly happy with how they match the dash panel. Is there another shade of blue available that would be closer? Or, does this look correct? Thanks!

Re: Interior color help

i can't imagine it could get any closer than that. looks pretty good to me - I'm sure it's easier to tell a little difference in person, but personally (based on the pics at least), I wouldn't mess with it. Might not be able to get paint to match it considering the dash has probably faded a bit - i.e. even if you got the "right" paint, it won't match exactly if the dash paint is old or original.

Re: Interior color help

Thanks for making me feel better about it. I just want it to be perfect if I cut the dash for a/c. I was going to use under dash vents, but the more pics I look at the less I like them.

Re: Interior color help

i think these will look best, and factory. If you ever completely tear the truck apart for a rebuild, you can paint it all together for perfection, but for now, I think it looks pretty darn good.
