Re: BBC swap...

It really depends on a few things, like do you want it to be year correct? I'll guess no since it's not a 402, so I'll add a few and others can jump in:
Motor mount towers
Radiator and radiator mounts (unless you have a three/four core)
Fan shroud
Depending on what motor you use you may have to extend the alternator wires, if it's a pass side alt
If your going original, then there are additional things:
Pass side heat shield
Exhaust manifolds
Alt brackets
P/S brackets
A/C brackets
Exhaust hangers

This should get you started, I'm sure others will jump in.
This board has many of the best people you could ever meet and if you are looking for parts you can find them on the parts board. I suggest reading the FAQ threads too. It saved me from making a lot of mistakes.
Welcome from Kansas...

Re: BBC swap...

When we put a complete '73 454 in my '71 we used the motor mounts for the '73 so the headers would clean.

By complete I mean the engine had everything except a carb.

We did not want to have to have a new drive shaft made so we mated the engine to transmission and let the engine settle into the frame and drilled new holes for the motor mounts.

I already had a 3 core radiator so we did not have to replace it.

We used the fan shroud from the '73 truck, but did have to modify it some to clear some of the pulleys.

We did have to extend the alternator wires over to the passenger side from the driver's side.

Everything worked out pretty easy actually for us.

Re: BBC swap...

I should have posted that this motor is complete carb to oil pan with alternator and brackets and headers. I'm assuming I will need to upgrade the rearend to a posi and maybe a gear change I think the rearend is stock what about axels?

I did not change the rearend, it is a stock 3.73 non-posi. The engine is mostly stock except for the headers.
