I'll pick up another one next year when I figure out where I'm going to be living. Jobs going away and employment is sucking in this area . Looking at near the Philly area . I here theres some appreciation for a good truck in PA.

man, that sucks! I always thought your truck was sweet.....I NEVER thought you would get rid of it!
I know where you're at though, I'm out of work right now too, but thankfully my girlfriend has a sweet job! i've got big plans for mine too, but zero coin to do it with oh well. best of luck, brother.

Mike, sorry to hear about the truck. Did you sell it to a board member at least?

No . I got zero interest from the board. Thats understandable as most of the people here have trucks already .I ended up selling to a friend of a friend for $6400. The guy just wanted a weekend cruiser truck he could pull his boat with sometimes and didnt give a flip about any of the engine and driveline mods. He got scared when the tires chirped going into second and third gears. It'll probably last him till the end of time . Good news is he wants to detail it up , install a hard toneau and disk brakes . I'd call it a good home. heated garage etc.

God, I sound like somebody who just sold their prize hunting dog.

Sorry about your loss. Also sorry about the job trouble. Good luck in the future - but why Philly? I never left anything there that I would go back to get. Good luck, Scott

Actually I have a pretty good job offer up towards Allentown. I grew up out east and in Europe and I like hot summers and cold winters with snow. The weather here in Seattle just plain sucks. If you like 45 degrees and rain then you would be happy most of the year here but Ive gotten fed up with it. I'm sure I could find a job locally but I'm not sure if I want to. Its hard to appreciate how oppressive the weather is until youve experienced it for a while. That and the food and restaurants in PA are beyond belief compared to what weve got here. Cost of living is a lot less too. I'll sell my modest 3 bedroom house here for $170K . That would buy a virtual mansion around Allentown.

Sorry to hear bout having to sell your ride...that was an awsome rig.
I dunno bout PA though...great place to visit, but from what I've seen and heard from friends...I don't want to live there.
Beautifull state though.
