Pick n Pull Bummer in Sac
I hope some one has a better day than I did at Pick an Pull.
150+ mile round trip to Sacramento and their parts inventory is wildly wrong. This morning the vehicle inventory showed 2 '87s and numerous other placed into the yard yesterday 3-9-12. Well no the manager said that they just did inventory and uploaded the information and that made them all show being placed in the yard yesterday. All the vehicles that were there were picked to the bone!!!!! All I got was my $2 back. Bottom line don't trust the inventory list if it shows 10 trucks all placed in the yard the same day. I thought I was going to walk into a frickin gold mine |

Agreed, had this happen at the Stockton yard as well. One more note is that the customer service is some of the worst that I have ever seen. The Stockton store wouldn't even have given you the $2 back.

Re: Pick n Pull Bummer in Sac
Went to the one in St. Louis and found a new fresh rebuilt tranny. Was wheeling up front when this guy says"here i'll help you" and grabs the trans then SLAMS it on the drain pan. He thought i was bringing in a core (from the back of the yard mind you). Man I could write a short book on bone yard horror stories.

I like the pull a part here its the same thing but checking online sucks it just shows them having that car or truck not if its fully there or stripped bare.
