widest rear wheel with leafs and tubbed?
As the title says! Say a 2wd c10 has a 6" drop using a flip and a stock 10 bolt rear end. Whats the widest rim you can run without issues? Im looking for a 20" or 22" in billet thanks

Re: widest rear wheel with leafs and tubbed?
I would just run a 10" wide wheel on either one out back, I dont have my truck here with me so I cant check but im pretty sure with my 22x10s are close to the leafs as is.
Plus tire sizes for either the 20s and/or 22s that are 10" wide are easier to find then a wheel thats 12"s wide. I would run a 295/35/20 or 295/40/20 on the back if you went with 20s. And a 285/35/22 in the back if you went with 22s.

If your going to modify the wheel tubs you can use a 12" wide wheel with 6.5"
backspacing.

Re: widest rear wheel with leafs and tubbed?
Even with the stock leafs? Seems like the leafs would get in the way.

Nope, plenty of room even with a 315/35/20

I was thinking 12" also! i used a 22x9.5 and had 2" adapters to see if they'd still fit and they fit with and without em. So i know a 11.5" could! Thanks guys

Is there a wider 20" tire for a 12" wide rim?
