New shoes for my 82
I am going to pull the trigger and get some new wheels and tires for 82 shortwide. I was look at Coys and boss 338's but after all the fitment issuses I talked to Carlos at showwheels and he was very helpful. They fit with out problems and I love the lip on them with gray centers.
I do have question tho! I am going with 20x8.5 in the front and 20x10 in the rear. I what is a good tire size combo? I hear you can run a 305 in the back?? Thanks Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: New shoes for my 82
I am running 305/50/20 all the way around with 20x10 rims on my stepside without any fitment issues.

Re: New shoes for my 82
There are several threads covering Coys and Boss wheels here. Take a look through the forum for lots of pics. I am running 245/40 and 295/40 on my truck.

Re: New shoes for my 82
I would go with the suggested sizes above. Its a good look for these trucks on 20s.

Re: New shoes for my 82
I have found them for about 150 for the 20x8 160 for 20x10. Ghetto sorry I didn't put 2 and 2 together! I like coys and boss but I don't like the fitement issues.
