While driving down I-5 today, there was a 68 GMC 3/4 ton 4 speed and 350 for sale along side the highway. The body wasnt too bad. I stopped and the guy went from the $600 that was in the window to $400 before I opened my mouth. He couldnt get it to start as someone messed with the Ign switch. My guess is that you could get this truck for $300-$350.. Bowed tailgate and a cut dash. Otherwise, rust was in the usual places but for that kind of cash, ....Hey.... Its on the south side of I-5 just past exit 55.. So far, Im going to pass as I dont want the flack from my wife but, Maybe tomorrow Ill feel brave and go buy it, if the guy can start it.
