Re: found the wife a house and me a shop
I told my wife we only owe 60k on our current home, I would rather spend 15 or 20 thousand on a new shop and 20 thousand adding a new room and remodeling our current home. That would put us owing 100k on our current home, the other house is listed for 145 thousand. I like ours better we just want more living space, and I want a shop. Our lot is big enough, so we may just build here.
But that shop is Awesome!
