A/C cab & box
I have a chance to get an A/C cab for $50 and a box (long) for $50. The cab is off a '70 chevy, pretty much stripped EXCEPT for all the A/C goodies. The cab itself needs rockers, cab corners, f&r floor supports and floor work...pretty typical North Dakota truck that has seen many tough winters. The box is in great shape, metal floor with not many dents. No tailgate though. Question: I know the box is a deal but is the rusty cab worth picking up and messing with? I wouldn't mind having it just for all the A/C components and would maybe consider fixing the rust and dropping that cab on my '72 GMC 4x4. Any thoughts? Sorry no pics.

Remove the complete metal dash panel, and install it,with the AC goodies in your cab. I'm assuming the cab you have now is better ??
