1970 C20 longbed stepside?

I know a C20 longbed stepside is pretty rare, but does it end there or does their rareness equate to value? I found one that is pretty bare bones as far as factory options, power steering and a 350/350 combo but that's about it. The good thing is it doesn't appear to have any rust but needs new bed wood. Any thoughts on what it's worth?

Rare but not desirable so not an increase in value. A local one which had been kept in a barn for 20years and just needed cab corners done and a rebuilt/tune up on the engine sold for $500 lol It sat online for a few months and then I finally decided to call and the guy just sold it haha.

I've seen a few stepside long box 3/4s around for sale running/driving with little rust and I rarely see them over $2gs to be honest. There aren't that many of them driving around, but it seems as though few people want them anyways.

Ok, now I´m asking for Help myself.... I am also looking for a long bed stepside, BUT GMC would be prefered over Chevy and to make it even harder, I want a K2500, so 3/4ton 4x4 with the spare tire mount on the drivers side and a manual tranny.

I know that is about as impossible to find as it gets, but in the north east, everything is rusted out... So if anyone has a truck like that or sees one PLEASE let me know! I would even spend some serious cash on one if I would find one!!!
