WTB- Front Stabalizer bar/brackets

Looking for a front bar/brackets- larger bar off a 3/4 ton would be preferred- something close to NY would also be great- Let me know what you have--

You wouldn't by chance be going to the April Carlise meet? If not let me know what you'd need to ship it to me at the 14589 zip. Thanks--

I'm also checking with ORANGEBLAZ-- just in case he has one--

If you end up with the 1-1/16" bar and want to replace the bushings and bushing brackets, I have the below pictured bushings and clamps available in OE GM for $50. per set plus $6.10 for sending in a small USPS priority flat rate box. Mel

Not trying to hijack the thread here, but if you don't work out a deal with C5Phil on your sway bar, let me know, I might be interested pending price.

Send a PM to ORANGBLAZ (Chuck) he's in Beacon, NY and may have what you need. I didn't think the 3/4t bar was a larger diameter but may be wrong. Pete

I see this subject come up quite a bit for the 67-72's, if talking OE it should be as listed below. I have found NO H.D. bar option listed as being available between 67-72, first year of body style had the small 15/16" available and then the rest through 72 had the 1-1/16" avaialable. Each of the three below listed stabilizer bars used their own matching bushings. Mel

65-67 C-series had 15/16" front bar available.
68-72 C-series had 1-1/16" front bar available.
73 & up C-series used same above 1-1/16" bar as standard equip. (p/n suc.8/75)
73 & up C-20/30 series had a 1-1/4" bar available as optional H.D. equip.

Re: WTB- Front Stabalizer bar/brackets

I'm looking for the 1 1/16 bar (or larger)-- but I didn't realize that all 68-72's had the same size bar.... Still looking-- let me know what you have--
