Deep 700R4 tranny pan

Im about to swap to a 700R4 from the th-350 and was planning to use the stock crossmember but move it and redrill for the other 2 holes.
Does anyone know if the deep pans can be bolted up easily with this configuration? I plan to use the Derale pan with the cooling tubes in it.

The crossmember will probably require a small amound of clearancing. My 74 with the 700R4 the pan is close to the relocated crossmember.

I use the stock GM deep pans on both 400's and 4L60E's without a problem.

The aftermarket pans however, may or may not be tight.
