Smile 70's Motor Home Tilt

Here's a late 70s MH auto tilt column for sale. Tilt mechanism is tight and the shift bowl pin area for the gear selector isn't oval shaped, like a lot are. Item also has the correct length shaft and long style gear selector. Tilt and and cruise lever are included. Take a look at the pictures, some surface rust near the bottom of the column.

Great column to convert to a 69-72 truck tilt.

175.00 shipped CONUS.

More pics.

The wiring harness was taped up so I unwrapped it to see if there were any issues. None found. The gray wire has the connector missing. I can put the correct connector on it, prior to shipping. Lmk, if you have any questions.

With everyone looking at this, I'll lower the price a bit to get it moving.

Re: 70's Motor Home Tilt

I am interested. I have put the van tilts in trucks before and was not happy. THey worked OK, but I didn't like having to work with the neutral safety switch. What doe the motorhome tilt have to have to make it work in a truck? Do you also have an adaptr to go from the flast plug to the round for our trucks?

The steering shaft and the chrome gear selector arm are the correct length. However, the MH tilt has the neutral safety switch in the same location as the van. It will have to moved. I'll check on the adpater.
