Lowered shock question

I have a 66 gmc 3/4 with leafs, I am getting my parts in order to do a 3/5 drop. I'm doing an axle swap in the rear and 3" drop springs in front. Am I gonna need shorter shocks to reinstall or can I use stock length shocks till I can purchase the shorter ones?

Re: Lowered shock question

With a 3/5 drop, I would get the drop shocks from the start.

You can get away with it for a short time before either you get so pissed off or the shocks blow out. All of my C10 customers enjoy the Street Performance shocks by Belltech.
