Smile Tires for 1972 SWB

Hi, need a little advice. I have 1972 Cheyenne SWB I am building, am wanting to keep the ride height stock with 8 inch rally wheels. Can anyone give me a few tire sizes to consider that would look good on this set up?

Thanks
Edde

Re: Tires for 1972 SWB

First off. Welcome to the forums.
If you look around a bit (using the search feature) you will find countless numbers of threads regarding tire sizes and wheel options, choices. There are LOTS of pictures here. We love pics.
Depending on the look you want, stock height with 8" rallys go well with 275/60/15 all around or 255/70/15 all around or a mix of big n littles like 235/70/15 fronts with 255/70/15 rears or 245/60/15 fronts with taller 275/60/15 rears.
You've got a lot of reading ahead of you.

Post pics of your truck when you can and you will get plenty of suggestions I bet.

These truck could have come with a couple different optional tires so you can go a couple different ways ans still get a original stance. I would have to go look at these again, but the size is pretty stock.
