wire routing
Did you guys run the purple starter wire (truck original) around the back of the engine to starter or up front along the oil pan bracket which is the same route as the main battery power for starter?

Re: wire routing
I ran mine around the back, but I guess you could go either way if it was long enough. I just started my swap so I am learning too.

Re: wire routing
I think either way would be fine, but the shortest, safest, best-looking route would be my choice.

Re: wire routing
I have a floor mounted shifter (B&M Unimatic) and the wire goes from my key down to the shifter's NSS then runs down and out with the trans wiring and sneaks up on the starter from behind.
