I am new to this but from what I have seen good advice is given. I recently bought a 1969 C10 long bed first project trying to build on a budget my biggest thing right now is trying to find a descent not so expensive lowering kit any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Also how much of a drop should it be? It is stock right now just want it to sit evenly all the way across. Thank you.

Welcome a board, the ride height should be determined by the look that makes your truck talk to you. Each and every little thing you do should make this your truck
