Replacing Original Steering wheel with aftermarket
Would I be better off hanging on to my original steering wheel? I'm wanting to put in a smaller GT wheel and I don't know if it's smart to sell my original wheel or hang on to it in case I wanna go back? Any words of wisdom/experience is appreciated. Thanks!

Re: Replacing Original Steering wheel with aftermarket
to go A/M you most likely need a horn kit, keeping the old cost nothing selling it brings in very little, why not hang it on a nail for a year and see if yu want to reinstall it?

Re: Replacing Original Steering wheel with aftermarket
I sold mine when I installed my billet specialties steering wheel as I was sure that I was never going to put it back.

Re: Replacing Original Steering wheel with aftermarket
I was under the impression that these old original parts were worth quite a bit. I may never go back to it as its too big for the seating situation I have in my Blazer. Thought I'd see what the general consensus was on parting with such things.

Keep it, I'm hoping you will eventually want to go back. Don't mind my opinion, but anything but original wheels just wreck an otherwise stock interior. I ran an 88-94 truck wheel for awhile because it was good for daily driving but eventually went back.
