Post Boat "davits" Stock ??

I can't spell, but what I am asking is if the Chrome tie downs on my Jimmy are anything offered as stock. I have seen them on three Jimmies / Blazers now????
They are about 4-5" wide and mount 6" below the top edge of my bed ???
Sorry no pics.

My 72 K5 blazer has the factory roof rack. It also has tiedowns mounted on the bed sides, but I WASN'T thinking that they were Factory or dealer installed. Mine are the type that a "T" folds out to hook the rope to.

Mine don't look like that. My "t" actual folds out when in use and folds down away when not in use. But I don't think they're factory.

Hey 70 Blazer....
You're right, a davit lowers the boat into the water doesn't it??? Been out of the Navy for a few years ! Still remember what a Mail Buoy is though !!
I screwed-up, my CLEATS were in good shape, I trashed them thinking they were useless.
Oh well, Im not a purest and can't see myself strapping anything to the top of it. (maybe a DEER.hmmm? No, TOO high up for me)
