FINALLY bought a cooling transmission pan, but what temp. sender to get?
After months, I finally had some cash saved and purchased a DERALE transmission pan and a LOKAR anchor locking transmission dipstick. Now, my DERALE pan comes w/ a transmission temp. bung (1/8NPT). What trans. temp. sender do you recommend that will not crap out while in use in the long run. I found me some good priced senders, but will it do? Or paying more for an Autometer brand is best? Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but I should get a mechanical type sender rather than digital, right??
Here's what I found: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUN-CP7576/ http://www.summitracing.com/parts/NVU-99005-40/ http://www.summitracing.com/parts/VDO-323095/ http://www.ebay.com/itm/DAKOTA-DIGIT...f630b4&vxp=mtr http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...erature+sender LMK if you recommend another brand or just an Autozone/Oreilly part? Thanks!

All those parts are good. I would get the VDO sender, and get a matching gauge. Analog or digital, what every your prefernce is.
