'68 GMC ebrake questions
Can anyone tell me if the RH ebrake rod is the same for a shortbox as for a long box?
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=299192 See post #15. And then if I look at buying this kit: http://inlinetube.com/Brake%20Cables...ck/BST6701.htm Is that going to be everything I need to install a factory ebrake in my truck? I have the '67-68 handle, but that's it. From there I'd be starting from scratch. Thanks!!! |

Re: '68 GMC ebrake questions
everything is the same exept the length of the intermediate cable in the middle. leaf and coil have different rear cables but are the same to each short and long.

Would you know if that rod is the same '67-72? I've got a '72 Chev 1 ton I can look at to get a reference, just curious how close a '72 1 ton is to a '68 1/2 ton. |
