Ignition Switch Help

Hey Guys, hope you don't mind me wandering over from the 60-66 side...

My ignition switch has the following positions, lock, unlock, run, start. Once I turn the key from lock to unlock I can start and stop the engine with whatever will turn the switch, even a dime for instance!

What I don't have is an Accessory position on the switch, and from all accounts, a 60-66 switch just does not have an ACC position.

Here is my question:
Do your 67-72 dash mounted ignition switches have an ACC position, if so what year?

If I can get a dash mounted ignition switch with an ACC position, I would like to try and make it fit.

Thanks in advance for the input, appreciate it!

Oh, good to know. There is an antique chevy parts dealer not to far from me, I will go see them and compare the switches to see if I can make one work.

Thank you very much for the input!

Accessory position was added sometime during the 1968 model year on trucks. If you get one for a '69-'72 you should be good to go. As far as fitment, you will just have to try one.

Thanks, I checked and "Antique Chevrolet Parts" (20 mins from me) have them in stock, I can compare for fitment, and decide from there.
