63 frame rails

Does anybody know if i can just cut out this last frame rail or what i should do?

That's not a frame rail, that is a crossmember. I would not leave that one out. I would replace it with either another original crossmember or one fabricated to take it's place. The small skinny crossmember just forward of that one can be removed and left out, but you really should have a rear crossmember to hold the rear of the frame together.

just me or is his panhard bent as well as the 2nd to last crossmember .

The panhard bar may be.. the second crossmember is not, the factory offsets that crossmember to stiffen the frame.

thanks guys no wonder why i couldnt find something on the internet i been looking for the wrong thing... also i was deployed when my wife decided to buy me this awesome gift this is what i came home to lol.....

I removed mine to install a rear aluminum fuel tank. I got a piece of 2 1/2" thick wall angle iron and welded it in across the very end of the framerails to relocate a rear crossmember and protect the tank from a rear impact. the tank acts as a crossmember also.

i think that is what im going to end up doing just cut that old one out and use a piece of angle to replace it thank you everyone for the advice
