OK question for ya- I have a 69 C20 that is 4 wheel drum and would like to add power- plus do discs from a 73-87. Would this work? Would I use my current non power MC- or need a different one to just add power to the drums? Thanks. Feel free to PM or email me to not clutter your thread if you like, but this seems interesting and might save me a trip to the yard.....

This booster will work on drum or disc brake trucks. It was pulled from a '72 model with disc. You can use your current master cylinder.

Only if you are keeping it a drum brake truck.
If you swap to disc brakes (like member 496bb want to do) you will need a disc brake master cylinder and a disc brake proportioning valve.

I missed the 19.5" wheels, so how about the power brake set up for a '66 1/2 ton. I also need the rubber brake pedal that has "power brake" molded in, any chance you have one of these in mint shape as well?

No, the 63-66 power brakes are real hard to find.
