Re: Looking for clean original 72 Gas Tank
I have one and you can have it for free!!! It is in good condition except for the center mount tab starting to show signs of rust, deterioration. When I emptied it no particles came out of this tank and I did go through about half a tank of gas before starting my project. here in Maine, it has not had gas in it since February, stored in my garage You must pay shipping. Will anyone even let me ship a gas tank? PM me if you want with how you want to do arrangements; post office, Greyhound, UPS.........

Thanks for the offer. Right now I am going to see if I can one closer to MD. Like you stated, I am not sure we can even ship an used gas tank. I will keep your offer in mind if I don't come up with anything else. Thank you, Ray

Re: Looking for clean original 72 Gas Tank
I have one out of a '72 Longhorn. It's still in the cab right now. I can box it up and ship it but I would need a zip code to get a rate. LMK if interested.

Re: Looking for clean original 72 Gas Tank
Realy would like to find a nice one with correct original cap. Would pay to have one shipped if it's possible to ship an used gas tank?
thanks, Ray

Are you interested in a tank from a '71 GMC (though it has been removed)? I am in Alexandria, VA, so probably pretty close to you. I could send you a pic if you PM your E-mail Thanks, David

Re: Looking for clean original 72 Gas Tank
Ray, shipping on this tank would run $45.00 on UPS. I would like to have $125.00 for the tank, so $170.00 to your door. Also it has what appears to be an original cap.
Thanks, Mark
