Post selling my baby

Well, I had asked around for valuations and got a couple of responses from the board, I was going to ask 10-11K for the truck. But just got off ebay site (where the trucks are) and saw quite a few as high as 12K, but a lot which looked as nice (not wanting to sound snobby) as mine, going for as low as 6K.
So, I made a decision, I am keeping the truck, and in fact have started driving it to work and back with frequent interruptions to go to the gas station.
Sorry about rambling, but I just thought I might share my decision.

Cheers

Richard

Hey Richard, I am kinda in the same situation as you. I have been considering selling my 71 SWB because I am really wanting to build a custom bike and my wife said that either my 71 goes or the 2002 Dodge 4x4 goes. So I have decided that the new truck must go. It will give me a good excuse to fix my a/c and get an overdrive trans and basically fix my truck up again.

Even though my truck has been shortened and is not a TRUE cheyenne truck, I have added some rare options like tilt, tach, buckets, and posi-trac. I have had alot of offers from rediculously low to as high as 10 grand. I wouldnt say that asking that much for yours is out of line.
