Talking My First Truck 1970 Chevy c10 "Dime A Dozen "

Shes a 1970 Chevy c10 lwb with a sb 350 and a tb350 shes tuned up a bit got a voodoo cam,roller rockers,holly 650 carb got her 3 years or so back from my parents when i was 13 tore her apart and rebuilt the body sanded primed did a lil body work, has a 85 chevy burb bumper that i fabricated brackets for the engine and trans were rebuild by my step dad thanks richard. i have small plans for this rig right now since i just started high school last year i know im a bit young but i know how to bust my ass and i know how to work on trucks and if you dont like it you can stick it were the sun dont shine! hope yall like my lil prodject!

Hey man welcome to the site and thats a good looking truck with lots of potential. There are alot of helpful members on here that will have no problem helping out us younger guys, I'm 17, if you have any questions just ask away. Also I suggest you look over at the build section we have a few young guns doing builds one that is well known is Rick's The Loud Truck lots of motivation from his build.

yea the P/O spray painted the whole truck including the engine compartment and the interior now i got over spray all over my windas cause he didnt use tape/paper anywere i cleaned most of it up ill post some before and after pics of the tear down proccess

Good for you Southern Shaker! You got to start somewhere and that looks like a great canvas to start with. It is great to see nice young guys taking an interest into old trucks. Stick with it and the truck will bring you a lot of joy and pride for years and years to come. The downside is it will help keep you broke too. When I was your age I was spending every dime and tax refund on my ’68 GMC. 25 years later I still have it.
