Radiator Saddles
I recently replace the radiator in my '85 GMC 3500. I installed a new aluminum 4 core radiator from Champion that was supposed to be a direct replacement. The radiator is just a bit shorter that the stock one (about an inch) letting it sit loose when the top cover is installed. I took up the extra space with some rags so the new radiator can't move around. Does anyone know where I can buy some rubber saddles that are taller than stock? Champion didn't have any or any solutions to the problem.

Re: Radiator Saddles
Did you install a BB radiator bolt down bracket? SB used two seperate brackets. A BB bracket is a single large bracket. I think LMC still has them for $20. You can also buy the rubber upper and lower bushing from them too.

Re: Radiator Saddles
Ive added a small bit of rubber hose to wedge things before
take a 5/8ths hose as long as the saddle and wedge it in or cut a piece .5 inch out of the length
