brake line???

Ok I got these two brake lines. my question is what is thw big one for? the top one (smaller one) is for the rear lines, it connect to the main line that go;s through the frame. I'm thinking the bigger one does the same but why is it bent so much? What make if it for?

they both go along the rear lip of the engine crossmember. the big one does the back brakes, and attaches to the proportioning valve (where the yellow plug is) and the other end attaches to the passenger side frame rail where the line goes back to the rear. the smaller one goes from one side to the other for the front brakes. it connects through a T-block that distributes the brake fluid to both sides.

there is in no way that big line is going to touch the prop valve. the other line seem to have a extra lline that go's up into the prop vavle though.

I have heard about so many people having trouble with in-line tubes and getting the right pieces.....I may try another vendor...who else sells pre-bent stainless lines?

yeah Last week on the phone it seem the guys at Early Classic have not been happy with there work. i just recieved the correct front lines direct from Inline and i wasn't very happy but I can deal with it. You might want to try a local shop that does brakes they might be able to fab up the lines you need. I'm just glad Early classic seem to have great patience for me and work to get the right items i need.

the one on top goes accross the back of the front crossmember the bottom one hooks to it and goes to the rear along the right frame rail the reason it's bent weird is to get it in the box to ship it to you
