Hi I am intrested in the hood and cracksor defects? I see a prop rod can you use light weight springs? how are all the mounts what make is it?

John, I'm far from a fiberglass expert but I see no cracks or defects in the hood.
All mounts appear fine, sorry but I do not know the manufacturer.
It came on a project truck I just picked up and I'm staying with the stock look.

Any other info, pics, etc. just LMK.

I havent tryed it on a truck hood but I used trampoline springs on the hood of my camaro and they work geat i had bought the lite wieght hood springs with the hood and they would not hold it up.

I have also seen guys drill a small hole in the hinges at the right spot and use hood pins through the hole too keep the hood up.

to bad this isnt a 67-68 hood or I'd be on my way
