Engine decoding help.

The numbers from the back of the block are as follows: 3 GM 3970010.
On right front side of the block at the water pump: V0164TDR
Below that the best I can tell is: C85481191.
3 GM 3970010 = Maybe a 350 as I was told by my cousin (4 bolt main so he said).
V= Flint
0614= June 14th build date
TDR= Not sure but could be 155 or 175 horsepower.
C85481191= Not sure what this stands for.
I haven't gotten the engine out yet so if there are more numbers in other places I will have to wait before I can post those. Also, I will have to clean the engine to since it's extremely greasy.

Re: Engine decoding help.

3970010 is a 350. Only way to see if you have a 4 bolt is pull the pan. They came both ways.
Your last number is the serial number off the vehicle it came in.
