Here is the mat,only holes are for dimmer and mounting tabs,overall good condition.Not sure on shipping,coming from 33036.It may fit into a USPO flat rate box.

OD is about 7x1.58,actual vent is 5x1.It accepts a 2.5"hose.Also have a new{repro}chrome factory style center vent,gasket and housing for 2.5" in another thread.
